EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING signed a memorandum of understanding with the US company United Aviation Solutions, aiming to cooperate in the field of aircraft, engines and component repair and overhaul along with marketing the capabilities of EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING's workshops in the United States of America to attract new customers; a new source of revenue for the company.

Eng. Walid El-Khafif, Chairman & CEO of EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING, stated that the MoU was signed on the sidelines of the 31st MRO Africa 2023 & the 10th African Aviation Training Conference & Exhibition, held in Cairo 5-7 February under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation. He added that the company seeks to expand the scope of its technical services and the geographical scope of customers through such partnerships in light of the huge demand in the field of aircraft maintenance and overhaul.

Speaking on behalf of United Aviation Solutions, Kevin Evans stated that he was delighted to sign this MoU, and for the opportunity to raise the profile of EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING's  world class capabilities and facilities with customers in the USA and elsewhere.
