Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Civil Aviation of Egypt, Mr. Sherif Fathi, and within the framework of the Egyptian state's initiative to open the horizons of cooperation with African brothers, EGYPTAIR is hosting one of the most prominent and strongest events in the African Continent in the field of civil aviation; 27thMRO Africa Conference & Exhibition 18-20 March 2018. 

Eng. Abu Taleb Tawfiq, Chairman & CEO of EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING, said that hosting the exhibition confirms EGYPTAIR's leadership as Cairo witnessed the birth of the event for the first time in 1992. He added that EGYPTAIR is working on achieving the best results through signing a number of potential contracts with third party customers during the event. Mr. Nick Fadugba, CEO of African Aviation, the event organizer, said that he has selected Egypt for adding more success to the event. 

Fadugba explained that the event was born in Cairo in 1992 and was hosted once again in Egypt in 2008. "MRO Africa includes an exhibition co-located with the Conference for leading International and African MRO suppliers to market their products and services," he added. The event will be attended by Senior Airline, Aviation and Regulatory Officials from all over Africa, as well as by Senior Representatives of MRO Organizations, Supply Companies, Aircraft Manufacturers and International Companies involved in Aircraft and Engine Leasing, Aviation Finance, Aviation Insurance and Airline Support Services; with around 75 exhibitors and more than 600 attendees.
