In terms of applying the standards of international legislative bodies, EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING’ state-of-the-art Calibration Labs have been accredited by the National Accreditation Board ANAB of the U.S.A. The calibration Labs were awarded the ISO / IEC 17025 certificate as well as Z540 ANSI approval to be the first accredited calibration laboratory by ANAB  in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Middle East.

Eng. Abou Taleb Tawfik, Chairman & CEO EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING, has stated that all the calibration activities have been accredited in addition to increasing the accreditation scope of measuring dimensions and lengths, onsite pressure calibration, calibration of moment adapters and switches as well as adding new activities such as automatic calibrations of the electrical measurements,  and frequency and time measurements.

“The ANAB review focused on Quality management system, assessing the calibration engineers and technicians through actual calibration processes, where they proved to have broad knowledge and expertise and managed to impress the ANAB auditors,” added Tawfik. “Such accreditations and approvals shall guarantee the increase in number of customers, and we work on expanding our scope of activities to satisfy our customers and attract more of them,” he clarified.
