EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING has commenced providing line maintenance in Cairo for Etihad Airways which operates three daily flights, starting from February. Senior staff of EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING welcomed the first A320 flight to be served in Cairo.

Eng. Hisham Nasser, EGYPTAIR MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING Chairman & CEO, stated that the contract with Etihad Airways includes providing line maintenance in Cairo for two flights per day in addition to serving Etihad Airways in Riyadh, Dammam, and Khartoum.

“Etihad Airways operates a fleet of A320, A330 and B777 to Cairo; it is a kind of success to contract such a customer especially after competition with other maintenance providers in the region”, he added.
